RESOLTUION NO. 78-114
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
FRANCES STEINER AND THE CITY OF CARSON FOR
SERVING AS A CONSULTANT TO THE CARSON
SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.
WHEREAS, Frances Steiner will provide services to the City
of Carson related to the presentation of the Carson Community Symphony
from July 1, 1978 through June 30, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the presentation of the Carson Community Symphony
is in the best interests of the City.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Carson does
hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1 That the proposed agreement between the City
of Carson and Frances Steiner be approved.
Section 2 That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an agreement, approved as
to form,by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Carson on the 18th day of July, 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City
is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-114, was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at an adjourned regular meeting
of said Council, duly held on the 18th day of July, 1978, and that the same was so
passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
