DIRECTING THE ISSUANCE OF RAFFLE LICENSES TO
CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS OF AMERICA, COURT FIDELIS 636,
CARTERET HIGH SCHOOL BAND PARlOrS ASSOCIATION,
HOLY FAMILY P.T.A. & ST. JOSEPH R.C. CHUROt
WHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jerses; by Catholic Daughters of America, Court
Fidells 636, Carteret High School Band Parents Association,
Holy Family P.T.A. and St. Joseph R.C. Church
of the Borough of Carteret
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that
the members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to asist are bona fide members of
the applicant (s); and
WHEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission's Regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by issuing upon proper
presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P.O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07101.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy of the original

County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, at the Council Meeting
