A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CARSON AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR RAILROAD
GRADE CROSSING PROTECTION PROGRAM 2H -26.8-C, PROJECT
NO. 287, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
I:1
Section 1. That the City's ten percent (10%) matching fund contribu-
tion for the railroad grade crossing protection program at 2H -26.8-C
Lomita Boulevard east of Wilmington Avenue is $3,225.
Section 2. That the Agreement between the City of Carson and the
State of California covering Federal Aid Safety Funds for the City of
Carson is approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby authorized
to sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City
is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-120, was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at an adjourned regular meeting
of said Council, duly held on the 18th day of July, 1978, and that the same was so
passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members: Bridgers, Marbut, Calas and Yamamoto
NOES: Council Members: None
ABSENT: Council Members: Smith
