RESOLUTION NO. 78-127
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF CARSON AND WILSON AND ASSOCIATES, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME (PROJECT
NO. 323)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement for engineering on Project No. 323
Clarion Drive west of Moneta between the City of Carson and Wilson and
Associates is approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby authorized
to sign and the Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City
is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-127, was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at an adjourned regular meeting
of said Council, duly held on the 18th day of July, 1978, and that the same was so
passed and adopted by the following roll call vote:
