A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON AMENDING THE ANTI RECESSION FUND BUDGET
FOR 1978-79
WHEREAS, the City Council has given consideration to
the Anti Recession Fund Budget for the fiscal year 1978-79 as it
pertains to various departments and functions of the City; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City that
such budget be amended and certain appropriations be reduced as
follows:
Parkway Tree Trimming Contract TDG 5228 $40,408 cr
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section 1. That the 1978-79 Anti Recession Fund Budget
is hereby amended as hereinafter provided.
Section 2. That the sum of $40,408 is hereby returned
to public funds and the expenditures authorized for the several
departments, offices and agencies for the respective objects and
purposes therein named are hereby reduced.

of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing
resolution, being Resolution No. 78-136, was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of
said Council, duly held on the 8th day of August, 1978, and that
