Home My Public Portal About78-142RESOLUTION NO. 78-142 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON ESTABLISHING A TABLE OF ORGANIZATION FOR GENERAL FUND POSITIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1978-79 AND RESCINDING ALL PREVIOUS SUCH RESOLUTIONS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RESOLUTION 77-135. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY FINDS, ORDERS AND DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS: ' Section 1. The Director of Personnel is authorized and directed under provisions of Section 2902 of the Carson Municipal Code to prepare a plan of compensation covering all classes of positions in the Competitive Service. Section 2. The table of organization assigns classes of positions in the Competitive Service to a pay range established in the plan of compensation. Amendments and -- revisions revisions of said table of organization are to be made by the adoption of resolutions following public posting of notice of proposed action to modify the table of organization. Section 3. Notice of the proposed revisions to the table of organization have been publicly posted at least five (5) days prior to adoption of this resolution. Section 4.
