I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 78-148, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said council, duly and regularly held on the 21st day of August. 197& and
that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-131, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,078,504.65, DEMAND
NUMBERS 048128 THROUGH 048150 AND DEMAND NUMBERS '053282
THROUGH 053575.
THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND
'
ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 78-131,
allowing
claims and demands 048128 through 048150 and 053282 through 053575;
and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 053332 was voided after the resolution was
adopted
in the amount of $2,500.00 and no new check was issued;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 053332 in the amount of $2,500.00
is declared
void and the register total of $1,078,504.65 is corrected to a new
total of
$1,076,004.65.
