RESOLUTION NO. 2012-06-02
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MINOR PLAT AMENDMENT EAST MOUNTAIN FILING 7.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby approves the Minor Plat Amendment East
Mountain Filing 7 with the following conditions:
1. Payment of all applicable fees
2. Execution of all documents within 90 days of the adoption of this Resolution.
3. Provide 911 mylar and electronic copy of the plat in accordance with the
Subdivision Regulations.
If such conditions are not satisfied, the approval provided by this resolution is no longer valid.
DULY MOVED, SECONDED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF JUNE, 2012.
