A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARSON AND I. T. T. COMMUNICATIONS
SYSTEMS FOR A TELEPHONE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
' WHEREAS, the City of Carson is desirous of continuing having
I. T. T. provide telephone maintenance service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carson that:
Section 1) The City Council of the City of Carson hereby
approves a telephone maintenance agreement with I. T. T.
Communication Systems and the City of Carson.
Section 2) The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the agreement approved
as to form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED. --by the City Council
of the City of Carson on the "6* day of September, 1978.

California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members
of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution,
being Resolution No. 78-168, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly
and regularly held on the 6th - day of September 1978, and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
