Subject: Records related to upcoming meeting - record request
Dear Custodian of Records,
I have reviewed the records available online at Gulf- Sueam.org related to the upcoming Commission
meeting scheduled for July 11, 2014_
It has come to my attention that a discrepancy exists between my recollection of the July 1 proceedings
and the draft of the minutes for that meeting. Since these minutes are to scheduled to be approved
during agenda item IV-B. of the July 11 meeting, I thought it prudent to bring this to your attention in
advance of that meeting.
Specifically, there is no mention in the draft of the minutes of any vote or approval of the ordinance
which is the subject of agenda item IV. I believe I remember that this ordinance was approved by
unanimous vote of the Commission.
1 would like to verify my recollection and therefore request you provide me with a copy of the hand
written notes created by his. Kelly Avery and anyone else writing notes at this meeting. The terms of
this public record request are copied below for your reference.
Thank you for your assistance-
Sincerely-
Chris O'Hare
