RESOLUTION NO. 78-204
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CARSON AND ARIAN & WILLESS, INC. , (PROJECT NO.
307) AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement for the 'reparation of plans, specifi-
cations and estimate for the improvement of ',the alley easterly of Brant
Avenue between Dominguez Street and 209th Street between the City of
Carson and Arian & Willess, Inc., is approved as presented; and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the Clerk is directed to certify
said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1978.
