A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-196 DECLARING
ITS INTENTION TO VACATE THAT IRREGULAR SHAPED
PARCEL OF LAND WHICH IS LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF SEPULVEDA BOULEVARD AND FIGUEROA STREET
' WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 78-196 insufficient time was allowed
between Notice of Intention to Vacate and Public Hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF CARSON That the City Council of the City of Carson
does hereby rescind Resolution No. 78-196.
