A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE FIRM OF RECREATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED
AND THE CITY OF CARSON FOR DEVELOPING THE
NECESSARY PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF TENNIS COURTS AT DOLPHIN PARK.
' WHEREAS, the firm of Recreation Systems, Incorporated will
develop and design the necessary plans and specifications for the development
of two lighted concrete tennis courts at Dominguez Park; and
WHEREAS, these improvements are in the best interests of the
City.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
Section l: That the proposed agreement between the City
R Carson and Recreation Systems, Incorporated be approved.
Section 2: That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute and to endorse the agreement, approved
as to form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Carson on the 6th day of November, 1978.
