RESOLUTION NO. 78-222
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING A LEASE_ AGREEMENT WITH
FOUR SEASONS, INCORPORATED:
WHEREAS, Four Seasons, Incorporated desires to lease
certain property located at the corner of 190th and Wilmington Streets
from the City of Carson for use as a fruit and vegetable market; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carson has determined that this
Lease Agreement is in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that:
Section 1: The City of Carson hereby approves the Lease
Agreement between the City of Carson and Four Seasons,
Incorporated.
Section 2: The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and—Tito execute the Lease Agreement, approved as to
form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carson on the 6th day of November, 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson,
California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of
the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution,
being Resolution No. 78-222, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly
and regularly held on the 6th day of November, 1978, and that the
same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
