A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY ODUNCIL OF.TUE CITY OF CARSCN
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT BEVWEEN ENGINEERING-SCMX-Ar INC., AND THE
CITY OF CARSON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HERMY RESOLVES AS FOIWM:
Section 1. The Agreement between Engineering -Science, Inc. and
the City of Carson for consulting services regarding landfill gas production,
gas migration, gas control, subsidence, odors and other environmental hazards
in related building, utilities, improvemEnts and paving design and construction
in connection with Condition No. 26(d) of Special Use Permit No. 154-77, is
hereby approved.
Section 2. Ilse Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Agent on behalf of the City of Carson.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
' hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No. 78-226, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 6th day of November, 1978, and
that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
