A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON ESTABLISHING A TABLE OF
ORGANIZATION"FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
POSITIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1978-79.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Director of Personnel is authorized and
' directed under the provisions of Section 2902 of the Carson Municipal
Code to prepare a Plan of Compensation covering all classes of positions
in the Competitive Service.
Section 2. Redevelopment Agency positions are classes
of positions in the Competitive Service.
Section 3. The continuation of Redevelopment Agency --
positions shall be contingent upon the continuation of redevelopment
funding.
Section 4. The Table of Organization assigns classes
of positions in the Competitive Service to pay ranges established
in the Plan of Compensation. Establishment of said Table of Organization
requires the adoption of a Resolution following public posting of
notice of the proposed action to establish the Table of Organization
for Redevelopment Agency positions.
Section 5. Notice of the proposed establishment of
the Table of Organization for Redevelopment Agency positions has
been publicly posted at least five (5) days prior to.adoption of
the Resolution.
Section 6. The Table of Organization for Redevelopment
Agency positions shall be established as follows:

Section 7. This Resolution shall take effect as of the
lst day of July, 1978.

I, Helen Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
said City is five; that the foregoing Resolution, being Resolution No.
78-228 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City
at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 6ih.
day of November, 1978, and that the same was so passed and adopted by
