A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON AWARDING A TREE TRIMMING CONTRACT
TO ALLIED TREE COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Carson is desirous of trimming all
parkway trees in parkway tree zone number 1-2 -4 -and 7; and
' WHEREAS, Allied Tree Company is willing to perform the
necessary tree trimming service.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1) Section No. 1: That the City Council of the City of
Carson hereby awards the tree trimming contract
service to Allied Tree Trimming Company to trim
all parkway trees in parkway tree zones'l-2-4-and 7,
2) Section No. 2: Authorizes the Mayor and the City
Clerk to execute all contract documents, approved
as to form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
of the City of Carson on the 4th Day of December, 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson,
California, do hereby certify that the whole number of members
of the City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution,
being Resolution No. 78-253, was duly and regularly adopted by the
City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and
regularly held on the 4th day of December, 1978, and that the same was
so passed and adopted by the following vote:
