RESOLUTION NO. 78-255
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING A PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN ROBERTSHAW AND THE CITY
OF CARSON
WHEREAS, Robertshaw Controls Company is desirous of
performing certain preventative maintenance services to the City of
Carson; and
WHEREAS, these preventative maintenance services are in
the best interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council approves an agreement between
Robertshaw C.ontros Company and the City of Carson to perform certain
preventative maintenance contractural services for City Hall.
Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a contract document approved as to form by the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th day of
December, 1978.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson,
California, do hereby certify that -the whole number of members of the
City Council of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being
Resolution No. 78-255, was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council
of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held
on the 18th day of December, 1978, and that the same was so passed and
adopted by the following vote:
