A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ALCOHOL LICENSE RENEWAL FOR THE DEPOT
WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the
renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested by Bella Sala Reception and Banquet Facility
located with the corporate city limits of Tiffin, Iowa.
Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the granting of the renewal
of the Alcohol License for Bella Sala Reception and Banquet Facility.
Therefore be it resolved the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa directs the City Clerk to submit for
local authority, approval of renewal to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
On the 14th day of March, 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa.
Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution 2012 -5 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL LICENSE TO THE DEPOT WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF
TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Council person Upton.
Ayes: Ball, Bartels and Upton
Nays: none
Absent: Ryan and Weipert
WHEREUPON, with 3 Council members were present and voted for approval and Mayor
Berner declared that the Resolution 2012 -05 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL LICENSE TO THE DEOPT WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF
TIFFIN, IOWA be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature
thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14th day of March, 2012.
