AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO THE 1998 TEMPO~ARY
BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Revised Statutes of New Jersey 40A:4-20 provides
[or the adoption of emergency temporary appropriations in
~ddition to temporary appropriations necessary for the period
between the beginning of the current fiscal year and the date
Df the adoption of the Local Budget for the Year 1998;
~OW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the following
amendments to the temporary appropriations be made in the
amounts and for the purposes herein set forth for the period
between January 1st, 1998 and the adoption of the Local
Budget for the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex and
State of New Jersey for the fiscal Year 1998:
