Proclamation
WHEREAS, the Richard J. Sabala Foundation is a not for profit
organization dedicated to providing opportunities for youth; and
WHEREAS, the organization has provided the youth of McCall with
two wonderful facilities to benefit youth; and
WHEREAS, the members of the Sabala family have dedicated
themselves to the efforts of the Foundation; and
WHEREAS, the Manchester Ice Rink and Event Centre is the
culmination of the efforts of the Sabala family; and
WHEREAS, the Rink is now open for the enjoyment of all;
NOW, THEREFORE I, Ralph Colton, Mayor of McCall, do hereby
proclaim the 2nd of July to be
Sabala Family Appreciation Day
in McCall, and I urge all our citizens to show their appreciation to the
Sabala Family and the Richard J. Sabala Foundation.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have
hereunto set my hand and caused to be
affixed the Seal of The City of McCall at
the City Hall in McCall on this second day
of July in the year of our Lord two thousand
and three.
