Proclamation
'WHEREAS, the City of McCall, in the state of Idaho, has a significant
interest in the continued vitality of general aviation, aircraft
manufacturing, aviation educational institutions, aviation organizations
and community airports; and •
W3-fERE.3S, general aviation and the McCall.3vlunicipal Airport have an
immense economic impact on McCall; and
WHEREAS, general aviation not only supports Idaho's economy, it
improves overall quality of life by supporting emergency medical and
healthcare services, law enforcement,firefighting and disaster relief, and

by transporting business travelers to their destinations quickly andsafely;
and
WHEREAS, the nation's aviation infrastructure represents an important
public benefit;
NO-1/17 THEREFORE, I, Jackie Aymon, .Mayor of the City of McCall, with
the consent of the McCall City Council; do hereby proclaim general
aviation a vital strategic resource to the City of.McCall and declare June
2019 as
GENERAL AVIATION APPRECIATION J%1ONT.3-1
in the City of wlcCall.
