VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES OCTOBER 29, 2012 AT: VILLAGE HALL BOARD PRESENT: M.COLLINS, J.RACICH, M.BONUCHI , P.FAY, G.PECK (6:56 P.M.). BOARD ABSENT: B.LAMB. OTHERS
PRESENT: B.MURPHY, ADMINISTRATOR; M.GIBAS, VILLAGE CLERK; A.PERSONS, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR; ; M.GARRIGAN, PLANNING SUPERVISOR; D.MARQUEZ, BUILDING SUPERVISOR; T.PLECKHAM, MANAGEMENT
SERVICES DIRECTOR; AND J.KONOPEK, CHIEF OF POLICE. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL/PLEDGE Mayor Collins called the meeting to order at 6:54 p.m. Roll call was taken, Trustee Peck arrived at
6:56 p.m., and Trustee Lamb was absent. All other Trustees were present at the time of roll call. Mayor Collins led the pledge to the flag. There were approximately 3 persons in the
audience. BUSINESS MEETING 1) APPROVAL OF AGENDA Trustee Fay moved to approve the Agenda. Seconded by Trustee Racich. Vote by roll call. Racich, yes; Rippy, yes; Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes;
Lamb, absent; Peck, absent. 4 yes, 0 no, 2 absent. Motion carried. Trustee Peck arrived at 6:56 p.m. 2) 15104 S. JAMES STREET Trustee Fay moved to authorize the Village President to
execute a plat of easement and agreement, as it relates to property located at 15104 S. James Street, and to authorize the payment of $1,050.00 (the appraised value) plus legal fees
not to exceed $500, to Dr. Joseph Conklin to allow for the relocation of utilities required for the construction of the Lockport Street Pedestrian Bridge Improvements. Seconded by Trustee
Racich. Vote by roll call. Rippy, yes; Bonuchi, yes; Fay, yes; Lamb, absent; Peck, yes; Racich, yes. 5 yes, 0 no, 1 absent. Motion carried. Trustee Fay moved to adjourn the Special Meeting.
Seconded by Trustee Bonuchi. Voice Vote. All in favor, 0 opposed. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 6:59 p.m. Michelle Gibas, Village Clerk
