A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-003, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $457,884.47 DFS -AND
NUMBERS 058367 THROUGH 058395 AND 062331 THROUGH 062634.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-003, allowing
claims 058367 through 058395 and 062331 through 062634; and
1?1HEREAS, Warrant No, 062350, in the amount of $1,800.50, was voided
after the resolution was adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No, 062350 in the amount of $1,800.50, is
declared void and the register total of $457,884.47 is corrected to a new total
of $456,083.97.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 21st DAY OF January, 1980
