A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79-190, A RESOLUTION ALL011ING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $188,606,01, DEMAND
NUMBERS 058231 THROUGH 058263 AND 060787 THROUGH 060934,
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
!NHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No, 79-190, allowing
claims 058231 through 058263 and 060787 through 060934; and
V%IEREAS, payment was stopped on Warrant No, 058261, in the amount of
$100.00, after the resolution was adopted and was replaced by check number
058444;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 058261, in the amount of $100,00 is
declared void and the register total of $188,606.01 is corrected to a new total
of $188,506.01.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 21st DAY OF January, 1980
