A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CARSON AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Agreement between the City of Carson
and the State of California, Department of Transportation, regarding
Federal Aid Urban System Projects, Program Supplement No. 6 to Local
Agency/State Agreement No. 07-5403 is approved as presented; and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk is directed to
certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
is three; that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No. 80-014
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a
regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 21st
day of January, 1980, and that the same was so passed and adopted by
the following vote:
