A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND
KEN K. AND KAY K. INOSE REGARDING STREET IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PARCEL MAP NO. 3932 AND -AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the agreement for street improvements for
Parcel Map No. 3932 between the City of Carson and Ken K. and
Kay K. Inose is approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify
said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
said City is three; that the foregoing resolution being Resolution
No. 80-023 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said
City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 4th day of February, 1980, and that the same was so passed and
adopted by the following vote:
