A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON FINDING
THAT REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS UNDER TITLE I OF THE HOUSING
AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 IS NOT AN ACTION WHICH
MAY SIGNIFICANTLY AFFECT THE QUALITY OF THE HUMAN ENVIRONMENT
WHEREAS, existing environmental conditions and trends which are likely
to occur absent implementation of the Sixth Year Program have been identified; and
WHEREAS, an environmental review on each project has been carried out as
prescribed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development; and
W]EREAS, an identification of the nature, magnitude, and extent of all
environmental impacts, whether beneficial or adverse, has been made on all projects;
and
WHEREAS, no project in the Sixth Year Program will affect any site of
historic significance; and
WHEREAS, an examination of all environmental impacts on all project finds
that there are no significant environmental impacts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Carson
finds that the request for release of fiords for the Sixth Year Housing and Community
Development Block Grant Program is not an action which may significantly affect the
quality of the human environment.

hereby certify that the whole members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No. 80-037 , was duly and regularly
adopted by the City Council of said City at an adjourned regular meeting of said Council,
duly and regularly held on the 25th day of February, 1980 and that the same was so
passed and adopted by the following vote:
