A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-045, A RESOLUTION ALL014ING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $443,117.86 DEMAND
NUMBERS 058464 THROUGH 058483 AND 063631 THROUGH 063830.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-045, allowing
claims and demands 058464 through 058483 and 063631 through 063830; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 058473 in the amount of $20,645.00 was voided
after the resolution was adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 058473 in the amount of $20,645.00 is
declared void and the register total of $443,117.86 is corrected to a new total
of $422,472.86.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said, City is
five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-059,was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 24th of March, 1980
and the same was so passed and adopted by -the following vote:
