A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-046, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $202,275.89 DEMAND
NUMBERS 058484 THROUGH 058491 AND 063831 THROUGH 064305.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-046,'allowing
claims 058484 through 058491 and 063831 through 064304; and
WHEREAS, Warrant Nos. 063839, 063878, 063879, 064030, 064055 and
063920, in the amounts of $1,517.13, $1,625.00, $686.25, $4,250.00, $264.00
and $29.55, respectively, were voided after the resolution was adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant Nos. 063839, 063878. 063879, 064030,
064055 and 063920, in the amounts of $1,517.13, $1,625.00, $686.25, $4,250.00,
$264.00 and $29.55, respectively, are declared void and the register total of
$202,275.89 is corrected to a new total of $193,903.96.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-061, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 24th of March, 1980 ,
and the same was so passed and adopted by the foilwo ng vote:
