A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND
WILSON-BRYANT AND ASSOCIATES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the agreement for engineering service
(construction survey) for Project No. 352 - 221st Street east
of Dolores Street between the City of Carson and Wilson -Bryant
and Associates is approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify
said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 24th day of March, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution being Resolution
No. 80-062 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said
City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held
on the 24th day of March,.1980, and that the same was so passed and
adopted by the following vote:
