A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN WESTERN REFUSE
. HAULING, INC. AND THE CITY OF CARSON
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carson hereby
finds, orders, and resolves as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Carson has entered into a
contract with licensed private consulting engineer to review and
monitor the methane and related gas hazards associated with the
site that is a part of Special Use Permit No. 154-77; and,
Section 2. That the expense of said evaluation by the
licensed private consulting engineer is to be assumed by Western
Refuse Hauling; Inc.; and,
Section 3. That mutually satisfactory terms have been
arrived at by�ity and Western Refuse Hauling, Inc.; and,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk of the City of Carson are hereby authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of the City Council.

I, Helen S. Kowagoe, City Cleric of.the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City is five;
that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-064, was duly and regularly adopted
by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly
held on the 5th day of May 1980 and that the same was so passed and
adopted by the following vote:
