A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF CARSON AND WILLIAMSON &MORRIS AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Agreement between the City of Carson and Williamson
and Morris selected as the architectual firm for the refurbishment of the
former Public Works building, is approved as presented; and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify said
agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council is five;
that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No. 80-073 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of
said Council, duly and regularly held on the 21stday of April, 1980, and that
the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
