A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-067, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $829,371.22 DEMAND
NUMBERS 058492 THROUGH 058514 AND 064306 THROUGH 064670.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-067, allowing
claims and demands 058492 through 058514 and 064306 through 064670; and
WHEREAS, Warrant Nos. 064341 and 064505 in the amounts of $35.04 and
$77.45, respectively, were voided after the resolution was adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant Nos. 064341 and 064505 in the amounts of
$35.04 and $77.45, respectively, are declared void and the register toal of
$829,371.22 is corrected to a new total of $829,259.73.

hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said City
is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-076, was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of said
Council, duly and regularly held on the 8th of Agri],, 1980
and the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
