A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTI-ON NO, 80-081, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $446,749.77 DEMAND
NUMBERS 058526 THROUGH 058549 AND 064914 THROUGH 065102.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-081, allowing
claims 058526 through 058549 and 064914 through 065102; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 064943 in the amount of $719.25, payable to
Carson Courier was voided after the resolution was adopted. It was replaced
by Warrant No. 058553 for $719.25 and Warrant No. 065049 in the amount of $900.00
payable to Genevieve Palonen was replaced by Warrant No. 065315 in the amount of
$900.00 payable to Raul Ramirez, which appears on the May 5, 1980 Demand.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 064943 in the amount of $719.25 and
Warrant No. 065049 in the amount of $900.00 are declared void and the register
total of $446,749.77 so corrected to a new total of $445,130.52.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 5th DAY OF May, 1980

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-091, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 5th of May, 1980 ,
and the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
