A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND
ARIAN & WILLESS, INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the agreement for providing engineering
services for design engineering of Project No. 346 - Marbella
Avenue et al, between the City of Carson and Arian & Willess,
Inc., is approved as presented; and the Mayor is hereby authori-
zed to sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify said
agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution
No. 80-093 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said
City at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on
the 5th day of May, 1980, and that the same was so passed and adopted
by the following vote:
