Mayor Smith called the meeting to order at 7:12 p.m.
1. Workshop: Chamber of Commerce Branding Presentation
2. Regular Meeting: Roll Call
3. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Shapiro moved, and Trustee Naill seconded the motion to approve the Agenda
as amended. Motion carried: 6 -0.
a) Minutes May 16, 2012
b) Resolution 2012 -06 -01 Approving Subdivision Exemption Plat Planning Area

c) Resolution 2012 -06 -02 Approving Minor Plat Amendment of East Mountain Filing

Trustee Sumrall moved, and Trustee Naill seconded the motion to approve the consent
agenda. Motion carried: 6 -0.
a) Noxious Weed Management Update Cathleen Brown presented to the Board
Fraser's Noxious Weed Program.

8. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding:
a) USFS Tunnel Hill Forest Management Project Reed Armstrong and Craig
Magwire briefed the Board on the fire break the Forest service will be working on
near the Winter Park Ski Area.
b) Medical Marijuana Center Regulations TP Trotter outlined the draft Ordinance
for the Board.
c) Proposed Unlawful Conduct on Public Property Ordinance PC Trainor outlined
his proposal for an ordinance relating to conduct on public property.
d) Proposed Prohibition of Discharge of Firearms in Town Ordinance Currently
the Town of Fraser does not have an ordinance relating to discharging firearms
within town limits. The ordinance would address this issue.
e) Out of town water and sewer service This has been discussed by the Water
and Wastewater Committee regarding providing services and fees for such
services. TM Durbin requested the Board's direction on moving forward with
establishing a policy regarding out of town service.
f) 2011 Audit Acceptance
Trustee Naill moved, and Trustee Shapiro seconded the motion to accept the 2011
Audit. Motion carried: 6 -0.

carried: 6 -0. Meeting adjourned at 9:08 p.m.
