RESOLUTION NO. 80-097
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARSON APPROVING A PROPOSAL BETWEEN THE CITY OF
CARSON AND ARON W. CLEMENS AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Proposal for providing relocation assistance
service between the City of Carson and Aron W. Clemens is approved as pre-
sented; and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk is
directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council is five;
that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No. 80-097 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of
said Council, duly and regularly held on the 5th day of May, 1980, and that
the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
