A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-092, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $550,910.51 DEMAND
NUMBERS 058550 THROUGH 058569 AND 065103 THROUGH 065610.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE, AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-092, allowing
claims 058550 THROUGH 058569 AND 065103 THROUGH 065610; and
WHEREAS, Warrant 065237 in the amount of $600.00, payable to
Phyllis May Jerrils, was voided after the resolution was adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 065237 in the amount of $600.00 is
declared void and the register total of $550,910.51 is corrected to a new total
of $550,310.51.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd DAY OF June, 1980

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-106, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 2nd day of June 1980,
and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
