A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
APPROVING THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND
THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT PROVIDING
THAT CITY WARRANT ADEQUATE RIGHTS OF WAY FOR STORM DRAIN
TRANSFERS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the agreement between the City of Carson and
the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, whereby the City will
warrant adequate rights of way to the District for future storm drain
transfers is approved as presented, and the Mayor is hereby authorized
to sign and the City Clerk is directed to certify said agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of June, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of said City is five; that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No.
80-118 was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City
at a regular meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the
16th day of June, 1980, and that the same was so passed and adopted by
the following vote:
