RESOLUTION NO. 2012-06-03
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES FOR THE 2012 SEWER INSPECTION
AND CLEANING CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT FOR THE WORK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes expenditures not to exceed
$18,000.00 for sewer collection line inspections; cleaning and video documentation as
outlined by the Public Works Director and authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a
contract for the work.
2. All documents must be executed and work completed within fiscal year 2012 or this
approval shall no longer be effective.
DULY MOVED, SECONDED AND ADOPTED THIS 27 DAY OF JUNE, 2012.
