A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON RETURNING UNEXPENDED
APPROPRIATIONS TO SURPLUS
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for
FY 1979-80, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to return to surplus
the unexpended balances of 79-80 Appropriations as approved in
Resolution No's 79-131 & 80-130, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that such resulting
surplus needs to be appropriated as required by the Gann Initiative.
NOW, therefore, be it resolved that the budget for
FY 1979-80 is hereby amended.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 30th day of .lune 1980.
