A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARSON APPROPRIATING FUNDS TOWARDS
EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT CONTINGENCY FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a budget for
FY 1979-80, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the adopted
budget for FY 1979-80 by appropriating funds towards equipment
replacement contingency fund, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the amount of the
appropriation will be $750,000 as adjusted by actual surplus.
NOW, therefore, be it resolved that the budget for
FY 1979-80 is hereby amended.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 30th day of June , 1980.
