RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
ADOPTING ADDITION TO INTERIM MASTER PLAN
OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL PARK DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors adopted a new
Interim Master Plan of the Midpeninsula Regional Park District
on June 11, 1975, which consists of a composite Master Plan
map dated June 11, 1975 and a copy of which is on file with
the Clerk of the District at the District offices, and
WHEREAS, the territory within the District's
boundaries has been expanded to include portions of south
San Mateo County, pursuant to an annexation election held on
June 8, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the present Interim Master Plan of the
District dated June 11, 1975 does not include the annexed
territory referred to above,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of Direc-
tors does hereby resolve to adopt the Conservation and Open
Space Element of the San Mateo County General Plan dated
December, 1973, as an addition to the Interim Master Plan of
the Midpeninsula Regional Park District. A copy of said
adopted plan is on file with the District Clerk.
