A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CARSON APPROVING A COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND
THE CITY OF COMPTON AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That the cooperative agreement to install
traffic signals at Walnut Street and Central Avenue between the City
of Carson and the City of Compton is approved as presented; and the
Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk is directed
to certify said agreement.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California, do
hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution being Resolution No. 80-186 was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 6th day of August,
1980, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
