A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-180, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $623,908.49 DEMAND
NUMBERS 058652 THROUGH 058667 AND 070409 THROUGH 070704.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
11TEREAS, The City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-180, allowing
claims 058652 through 058667 abd 070409 through 070704; and
11IIEREAS, Warrant Nos. 070496, 070655 and 070700, payable to
James A. Davis, Robert Singleton & Assoc and Xerox Computer Services respec-
tively, were voided after the resolution was adopted. Also, Warrant No.
070414 payable to Am International Services Division was voided after the
resolution was adopted.
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION l: THAT WARRANT NOS. 070496 in the amount of $77.00,
070655 in the amount of $1,469, 070700 in the amount of $35.62 and 070414
in the amount of $597.84 are declared void and the register total of
$623, 980.49 is corrected to a new total of $621,729.03.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF August, 1980

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
said City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-190,
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 19th day of
August, 1980 , and the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
