A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARSON APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARSON AND WILLIAMSON, MORRIS
AND ASSOCIATES TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFI-
CATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MULTI-
PURPOSE BUILDING, PARKING LOT, AND MULTI-
PURPOSE COURT AND APPURTENANCES AT CARSON
PARK
WHEREAS, Williamson, Morris and Associates will prepare plans
and specifications for the development of a multi-purpose building, parking
lot, multi-purpose court, and appurtenances at Carson Park; and
of Carson.
WHEREAS, these improvements are in the best interest of the City
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED
Section 1: That the proposed Agreement between the City of
Carson and Williamson, Morris and Associates be approved.
Section 2: That the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute and to endorse the Agreement approved as to form by
the City Attorney.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carson
on the second day of September, 1980.

I, Helen S. Kawagoe, City Clerk of the City of Carson, California,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-206, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Carson at a regular
meeting of said Council, duly and regularly held on the second day of September,
1980, and that the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
