RESOLUTION NO. 80-208
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-204, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $249,162.28 DEMAND
NUMBERS 052501 THROUGH 052515 AND 070944 THROUGH 071191.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-204, allowing
claims 052501 through 052515 and 070944 through 071191; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 071081 in the amount of $2,160.00, payable to
Long Beach Grand Prix, was voided after the resolution was adopted and was
replaced by warrant no. 052524 which will appear on the September 15th demand;
and, that the following warrants were not approved: 070957 for $2,038.00,
payable to American Photographic Services; 071015 for $66.11 payable to De Trophy
Shoppe; 071062 for $1,179.78, payable to Jacobsen Printers and 071131 for $45.85,
payable to R & R Total Instant Printing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 071081 in the amount of $2,160.00 is
declared void that warrant nos. 070957, 071015, 071062 and 071131 in the amounts
of $2,038., $66.112 $1,179.78 and $45.85, respectively., were not approved and so
the register total of $249,162.28 is corrected to a new total of $243,672.54.

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of said
City is five; that the foregoing resolution, being Resolution No. 80-208, was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting
of said Council, duly and regularly held on the 8th day of September, 1980 ,
and the same was so passed and adopted by the following vote:
