Home My Public Portal About80-220RESOLUTION NO. 80-220 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON REQUESTING COMPTON MUNICIPAL COURT TO ADOPT A BAIL SCH- EDULE FOR VIOLATIONS OF VARIOUS CARSON MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY FIND, DETERMINE AND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City's Community Safety Office has reviewed the bail schedule and wishes to revise said schedule as delineated in attached exhibit. Section 2. The City Council recognizes and recommends to the Court the adoption of the revised 1980 bail schedule in order to ensure compliance and improve the administratioon of justice.
