A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 80-181, A RESOLUTION ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS IN TIHE AMOUNT OF $869,693.16 DEMAND
NUMBERS 058624 THROUGH 058651 AND 070144 THROUGH 070408.
THAT CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, The City Council did adopt Resolution No. 80-181, allowing
claims 058624 through 058651 and 070144 through 070408; and
WHEREAS, Warrant No. 058628 in the amount of $50.00, payable to
L. A. County Engineer was voided after the resolution was adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Warrant No. 058628 in the amount of $50.00 was
declared void and the register total of $869,693.16 is corrected to a new total
of $869,643.16
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF October, 1980
